ENTERPRISE MINDS AWARDS (EMA)
The EMA Awards has become a much anticipated annual event particularly within the Black and Minority Ethnic business and social calendar. The EMA Awards provides the platform for guests to mingle, network and share good practice. EMA is also about Celebrating Diversity and Achievement with a Spirit of Togetherness
Nominations usually open in June each year until end of August for all submissions to come in. You may wish to nominate yourself, a person, business or organisation of your choice that you think deserves recognition for their achievements and significant contributions to the social and economic empowerment of our diverse communities. Closing date for nominations is 31 August each year.
There is also an opportunity to showcase your artistic talent at the annual EMA Awards Gala Night. All you need to is to send us 1 to 3 minutes of your demos tape or YouTube links of your previous performance to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration. The ceremony is being held at the prestigious Hilton London Tower Bridge.

YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS GAME AWARDS
YEGA seeks to provide an opportunity for young adults up to age 30 to test out their entrepreneurial skills and get their business/project ideas off the ground. Participants will need to submit a two page outline of their project idea for consideration to be judged against other applicants. Winners will be announced during the awards night.
ENTERPRISE MINDS NETWORK
EMNet is a membership business and enterprise network for individuals, business owners, prospective new business owner and professionals alike. Membership is open to everyone. EMNet provides opportunity for information sharing and networking for members. There is an annual membership due for both individual and organisation. Please contact management for details.
Ethno News is published periodically and reaches over 35,000 readers, including businesses and social enterprises. EN is also available for free download from our website. If you would like to sponsor and or advertise in the journal, please feel free to contact us.
Our main charitable purpose is ‘The relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in such ways as may be thought fit, including assistance to find employment’.
We have developed specialism in the provision of employment support programmes to the unemployed, most especially women and young people, through our one to one and group support advice, information, guidance and counselling sessions.
